Refund Policy

At HostingWala, we strive to provide reliable hosting and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

  1. Shared Hosting Refunds

Shared hosting services are eligible for a refund request within 3 days of the initial purchase if the client is not satisfied with the service.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • VPS and dedicated servers
  • Microsoft 365 and email subscriptions
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees
  • Custom development or design services
  • License products
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  1. Renewal Payments

Renewal invoices are generally non-refundable once the service has been renewed or activated.

  1. Abuse & Policy Violations

No refund will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to:

  • Spam activities
  • Malware hosting
  • Phishing or illegal activities
  • Excessive abuse of server resources
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  1. Chargebacks

Clients initiating unauthorized chargebacks may have all related services suspended until the dispute is resolved.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method and banking channels.

  1. Refund Method

Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method where possible.
