By using HostingWala services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

HostingWala provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and related digital services subject to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Managing website content and backups
• Ensuring lawful use of services

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming or bulk unsolicited emails
• Hosting malware, phishing, or illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Unauthorized server access attempts
• Resource abuse affecting other clients

4. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension or termination of services.

5. Suspension & Termination

HostingWala reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service for:

• Non-payment
• Security risks
• Abuse complaints
• Violation of policies

6. Backups

While HostingWala may maintain routine backups, clients are strongly advised to keep independent backups of all important data.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

HostingWala shall not be held responsible for:

• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service failures

9. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to registry and registrar policies. HostingWala does not guarantee domain availability until registration is completed successfully.

10. Policy Modifications

HostingWala reserves the right to update pricing, policies, and terms without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
